1. Promotion to be on the non-endorsed business directory page of www.simplydiag.net
2. SimplyDiag Network Ltd (SDN) reserve the right to refuse any ads, companies or individuals who do not meet our criteria to promote with us.
3. Payment must be made upfront before adverts go live.
4. Advertisers reserve the right to remove/amend any offers or ads – please contact ns@simplydiag.net for assistance.
5. Products and services must be relevant to the automotive industry.
6. SDN do not accept any responsibility for products/services promoted or sold through this process.
7. In the event of any customer complaints against advertisers/products/services SDN reserve the right to remove any ads, no refunds will be given.
8. Advertiser must provide the graphics and text, please see size requirements on the order form.
9. Monthly plans are per calendar month, annual plans for 365 days.
10. Scheduling will be confirmed by SimplyDiag upon receipt of the completed order.
